Summertime Saga: Mia & Helen Route Walkthrough (All Endings)

The “Religious Family” route is a dual storyline. You begin by pursuing Mia, the shy science nerd, but your efforts to impress her parents drag you into a dark web involving her mother Helen, her father Harold, and the fanatical Sister Angelica.

Route Prerequisites

To complete this route, you must meet these high requirements:

• Charisma: Level 7 (Crucial for the final romance scene).

• Strength: Level 2.

• Story: Must have started Ms. Bissette’s Route (at least to Step 2) to unlock study sessions.

• Money: Approx. $1,670 (This route is very expensive due to tattoos and “toys”).

• Item: Library Card.

Phase 1: Donuts & Tattoos

1. Study Night:

   • Trigger: Complete the first French tutoring lesson (Bissette’s route).

   • Evening: Go to Mia’s House. Study with her.

   • Choice: When she asks if you like her, say “Yes”.

   • Next Day: Visit her house (Afternoon) to meet her parents, Harold and Helen. Return in the Evening. Helen bans you from seeing Mia.

2. Harold’s Weakness (The Donuts):

1. • Next Day: Talk to Mia in the Science Class. She suggests bribing her dad.

   • Investigation: Go to the Police Station. Ask Earl and Yumi about Harold’s favorite flavor. (Note: This is RANDOM per save file. Remember the flavor!).

   • Action: Go to the Mall -> Glazie’s. Buy the correct donut box.

   • Reward: Give the donuts to Harold at the Station.

2. The Tattoo:

   • Next Day: Talk to Mia (Science Class). Sneak into her room (Evening). She wants a tattoo design.

   • Design: Go to Art Class (School). Click the easel. Select the Purple Butterfly.

   • Showcase: Show the drawing to Mia in her room (Evening).

   • Execution: Wait for Saturday. Meet at Sugar Tats. Encourage her and pay for the tattoo.

3. The Rescue:

   • Monday Morning: Mia invites you over.

   • Evening: You get caught by Helen. Mia is locked in her room.

   • The Text: Read the urgent message from Mia. Rush to her house.

   • The Key: Enter Helen’s Room (Parents’ room). Inspect the Statue to find a Key.

Phase 2: Penance & The Church

   • Action: Go downstairs -> Enter the Confessional booth.

   • Persuasion: Convince Helen to change (Requires Charisma 3).

   • Reset: Put the outfit back upstairs. You meet Sister Angelica.

   • Reward: Report to Mia for a kiss.

2. Harold Missing:

   • Wait: 3 Days. Read Mia’s text.

   • Search: Go to Police Station. Look at the Photo Frame on Harold’s desk.

   • Location: Go to Raven Hill. Talk to Harold. Report back to the women.

3. The Ritual Begins:

   • Wait: 3 Days. Sister Angelica visits your house.

   • Evening: Go to Church. Talk to Angelica.

   • Next Day: Invite Helen to the ritual (Requires Charisma 5).

   • Evening: Take Helen to the Church.

Phase 3: The Sacraments (Shopping Spree)

You now become the errand boy for Sister Angelica’s “purification” rituals.

1. Harold’s Sunglasses:

   • Quest: Mia needs you to return Harold’s glasses.

   • Station: Go to the Police Station Basement.

   • Scene: Harold is dealing with a catfight (Yumi vs. Crystal). Give him the glasses.

2. The Red Corset:

   • Next Day (Afternoon): Enter Helen’s Room. She is “indulging.”

   • Shopping: Go to Mall -> Pink Store. Buy the Ruby Corset.

   • Delivery: Bring it to Helen.

3. The Whip:

   • Next Morning: Sister Angelica visits. She demands a Whip.

   • Shopping: Go to Pink Store. Buy the Whip.

   • Delivery: Bring it to the Church (Evening).

4. The Stolen Bag (Connection to Tammy’s Route):

   • Next Afternoon: Visit Helen. Mia plans a family dinner but needs Harold.

   • Quest: Harold needs his stolen bag.

   • Location: Go to the Park. Look behind the tree (Requires Charisma 5).

   • Bonus: You find the Golden Key here too.

5. The Strap-on:

   • Next Morning: Sister Angelica visits again.

   • Shopping: Go to Pink Store. Buy the Strap-on.

   • Finale Setup: Go to Church (Evening).

 Phase 4: The Great Branching

STOP! SAVE YOUR GAME HERE. In the Church sacristy, you must make a choice that permanently defines the ending.

🔴 BRANCH 1: The Corruption (Helen’s Ending)

• Choice: “Proceed by yourself” (Have sex with Helen).

• Outcome:

  • Harold leaves Helen permanently.

  • Helen becomes your obedient servant (Sex Slave).

  • Content: Unlocks repeatable scenes with Helen at her home and the Church.

  • Achievement: “Repentance”

🟢 BRANCH 2: The Romance (Mia’s Ending)

• Choice: “Let the religious…” (Watch Angelica use the toy).

• Outcome:

  • Harold returns home. The family is reunited.

  • You enter a committed relationship with Mia.

  • Content: Unlocks the final romance scene with Mia in her bedroom.

  • Requirement: You need Charisma 7 for the anal sex option.

  • Achievement: “Not a prude”

Why this route is unique: This is effectively two routes in one. You cannot have both. The game forces you to choose between the Wholesome Family Reunion (Mia) or the Dark Corruption (Helen).

Our Team’s Take:

• The Cost: Be prepared to spend. The Tattoo, Corset, Whip, and Strap-on make this one of the most expensive routes.

• The Difficulty: The “Random Donut” mechanic at the start frustrates many speedrunners. Always write down what Earl says!

• The Ending: Most players prefer Mia’s Ending (Branch 2) because it feels like the “Canon” good ending where the family is fixed. However, Helen’s content in Branch 1 is darker and more kinky if that fits your playstyle.
